Back in the ‘90s, Tony and Kristi Lafata knew that Evergreen, Colorado would welcome a locally owned, drive-thru coffee shop. In 1995, shortly after they found the perfect location, Espresso Evergreen was established. Once the doors (actually windows) opened, our staff began serving excellent espresso drinks, coffee, and baked goods.
And here we are twenty-three years later! Over the years, we have had the privilege of serving the most amazing people, met countless friends and our incredible staff has become like family.
Thanks to our wonderful community, Espresso Evergreen continues to grow. We are constantly adding new menu items to meet our customers’ requests and staying relevant with coffee and food trends. Our natural and healthful frozen yogurt, gluten-free baked goods, and constantly changing drink specials are just a few examples. Stay tuned for what’s next for Espresso Evergreen.
